Sanitary reactors for food, beverage, and flavor production — built for cleanliness and consistency
Food processing has one non-negotiable requirement: every batch must be clean. A reactor with poor surface finish harbors bacteria. A design with dead zones creates contamination risk between batches. We build reactors where cleaning is not an afterthought — it's engineered in from the first drawing.
Industry Challenges
Surface roughness above specification allows biofilm formation. Once established, biofilm is nearly impossible to remove and contaminates every subsequent batch.
Inconsistent mixing or heat transfer leads to product variation. Flavor, color, and texture shift between batches — unacceptable in food manufacturing.
CIP systems must prove they clean every surface. Poor agitator design or awkward nozzle placement leaves residues that pass visual inspection but fail swab tests.
Our Approach
Interior polished to ≤0.4μm Ra. All welds ground and passivated. No crevices, no threads inside the vessel — only sanitary fittings and seamless connections.
Spray ball coverage mapped to vessel geometry. Agitator profile chosen to avoid shadow zones. Drain outlets positioned for complete emptying.
Temperature control and mixing optimized for your specific medium. Consistent heat transfer and shear rate means consistent product quality, batch after batch.
